Re-key vs. replace — which do I want?
Re-key if your existing locks are in good shape (most are). Replace if a lock is damaged, looks dated, or you want to upgrade to a smart lock or higher-security model.
How many locks can you do per visit?
As many as you have on the property — front door, back door, garage interior door, side gate. We match all of them to one key ("keyed alike") at no extra charge.
Can my old key still work afterwards?
No. After re-pinning the cylinder, the old key physically can't push the pins to the right height. That's the whole point.
What about smart locks?
We install Schlage Encode, Yale, Defiant, Kwikset Halo and similar — bring the box or order it, we install. We don't sell hardware.
