Got locked out at 11pm. Tech was here in 22 minutes. Polite, fast, reasonable price. Saved my night.
We pick the lock — we don't drill it — and you're inside in about 10 minutes once we're on-site. Phone-dispatched, on-site, same day. Bring photo ID matching the address.
Common questions about house lockout.
How long does a house lockout take?
Once we're on-site, most house lockouts take 5–10 minutes. The longest part is the drive — about 25 minutes from our base in Munhall to most addresses inside the 20-mile radius.
Will you damage my lock?
No. We pick locks, we don't drill them. Drilling is a last resort for high-security models that have anti-pick pins, and we'd quote you separately before we touch the cylinder.
Do I need ID?
Yes — a driver's license or another photo ID with the address that matches the property. Without proof of address we can't legally let you in.
I'm in a rental — does that change anything?
Generally no, but we'll need to see your lease (paper or photo on phone) showing the address. If you can't reach the lease, we can call your landlord on speakerphone.
